Hannah Hawkins-Esther, LCSW
Hannah Hawkins-Esther LCSW is a licensed psychotherapist, a trained teacher in Mindful Self-Compassion and a certified yoga instructor (RYT200).
Hannah began her daily sitting meditation practice following her first MBSR course 5 years ago. Hannah regularly attends workshops and retreats to invigorate her personal practice as well as deepen all aspects of her work with others.
As a therapist, she works with couples, families and individuals from a mindful and compassionate perspective to encourage wholeness in relationship to self and others. Hannah is also one of the instructors for a regular sitting meditation group with the Atlanta Mindfulness Institute.

Amy Stern, LCSW
Amy Stern is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in aging services; hospice & palliative care; and private practice since 2011, serving adults of all ages. She remains passionate about supporting individuals and families affected by aging and other life transitions; caregiving; chronic and terminal illness; and grief; and, greatly values research- and feedback-informed practice; collaborating with other service providers; and educating families about other support resources.
Amy has felt invigorated by incorporating positive psychology and mindfulness practices into her clinical work. Her Mindful Self-Compassion training followed Cognitive Based Compassion training and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instruction; and sharing with others how to generate warmth and kindness for themselves via easily implemented, daily practices is a source of tremendous pleasure for her.
